A new concept of electric brushless outruner motor mounted

on the motor glider Sirius C with the motor around the tube fuselage and the propeller blades fixed on the outdoor circonference of the rotor.

The advantages of such a solution are:

- use a large folding propeller

- minimum drag of all motor and propeller

- good ventilation of the motor and the controller

The batteries are housed near the motor in the very sharp cockpit profiling

avec un moteur brushless outrunner creux monté

autour du tube de fuselage avec les 2 pales d'hélice

fixées sur la circonférence extérieure du rotor.

Les avantages d'une telle solution sont:

- utilisation d'une grande

hélice repliable

- trainée minmum de l'ensemble moteur et hélice

- bonne aération du moteur

et du controleur
